​2021-22 Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Education and Outreach Grant Opportunity

The Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) is pleased to announce a Request for Applications for the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD) Education and Outreach Grant. The selected entity will enter into a one-year agreement with PDA with a potential of four (4) one-year extensions to perform ADRD education and outreach activities.

The annual grant amount is $250,000 per year.  The selected entity must be able to complete the following activities as specified in the Statement of Work in accordance with the Grant Agreement:

        • Community Outreach and Volunteer Engagement
        • Partnership and Collaboration Development
        • Early Detection and Provider Education
        • Marketing/Communications Promotion
